A CSSW surveyor will inspect your property at a chosen time and date, a full detailed inspection will take place of the property. The inspection will include a full diagnosis of damp and timber problems existing and potential. All defects will be noted and documented with visuals and floorplans. Moisture readings and wall temperature readings will be completed throughout the property. An external assessment of the property for defects to all visible areas, an assessment of basement / cellar, bathroom and showers will be tested and inspected for defects. The loft will be inspected for timber infestation and notable damp.
